John
          15:1-27(KJV)
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he
taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth
more fruit. 3 Now ye are clean
through the word which I have spoken unto you. 4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it
abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the
same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men
gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it
shall be done unto you. 8 Herein is
my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved
you: continue ye in my love. 10 If ye
keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's
commandments, and abide in his love. 11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that
your joy might be full. 12 This is my
commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. 13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his
friends. 14 Ye are my friends, if ye
do whatsoever I command you. 15
Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I
have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known
unto you. 16 Ye have not chosen me,
but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that
your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may
give it you. 17 These things I
command you, that ye love one another. 18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. 19 If ye were of the world, the world would love
his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world,
therefore the world hateth you. 20
Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they
have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will
keep yours also. 21 But all these
things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they
had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin. 23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also. 24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not
had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. 25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be
fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause. 26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will
send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father,
he shall testify of me: 27 And ye
also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
          John 12:44-50
          (KJV)
Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth
not on me, but on him that sent me. 45
And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. 46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not
abide in darkness. 47 And if any man
hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to
save the world. 48 He that rejecteth
me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken,
the same shall judge him in the last day. 49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a
commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak
therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
          John 14:8-31
          (KJV)
Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it
sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him,
Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath
seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and
the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father
that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for
the very works' sake. 12 Verily,
verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and
greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that
the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may
abide with you for ever; 17 Even the
Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth
him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I
live, ye shall live also. 20 At that
day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them,
he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will
love him, and will manifest myself to him. 22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest
thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and
my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings:
and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. 25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet
present with you. 26 But the
Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach
you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I
give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid. 28 Ye have
heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would
rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. 29 And now I have told you before it come to pass,
that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. 30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh,
and hath nothing in me. 31 But that
the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so
I do. Arise, let us go hence.
          Luke 13:6-9
          (KJV)
He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree
planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. 7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard,
Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it
down; why cumbereth it the ground? 8
And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about
it, and dung it: 9 And if it bear
fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.
          1 Corinthians
          3:1-17 (KJV)
And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto
spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. 2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to
bear it, neither yet now are ye able. 3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and
divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not
carnal? 5 Who then is Paul, and who
is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? 6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave
the increase. 7 So then neither is he
that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are
one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. 9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are
God's husbandry, ye are God's building. 10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I
have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he
          buildeth thereupon. 11 For other
foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood,
hay, stubble; 13 Every man's work
shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by
fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a
reward. 15 If any man's work shall be
burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and
that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of
God is holy, which temple ye are.
          1 John 2:1-29
          (KJV)
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye
sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the
righteous: 2 And he is the
propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole
world. 3 And hereby we do know that
we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the
truth is not in him. 5 But whoso
keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are
in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in
him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye
had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the
beginning. 8 Again, a new commandment
I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and
the true light now shineth. 9 He that
saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. 10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the
light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. 11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and
knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes. 12 I write unto you, little children, because your
sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. 13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning.
I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you,
little children, because ye have known the Father. 14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the
beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God
abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love
the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes,
and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of
God abideth for ever. 18 Little
children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now
          are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us;
for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out,
that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. 20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. 21 I have not written unto you because ye know not
the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist,
that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that
acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that
which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the
Son, and in the Father. 25 And this
is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. 26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him
abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth
you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall
abide in him. 28 And now, little
children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be
ashamed before him at his coming. 29
If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born
          of him.
