| But...

             Saying we have
accepted the Lord doesn't mean we have accepted Him.  When
man accepts God with his fallen mind he merely adds God to
                  his
life, in man's image of God to improve man's life in terms and
in needs that are conformed to this world.

          So...

             Man's walk with God
                    is on
man's terms.  Man's view of God is man-made and man's experience
with God is limited to man's view.  Instead of wanting God, he wants
what he has determined is good for himself (often expressed as things).
